Truth or Dare
Truth or Dare is a bottle-spinning game often played in character in a channel.
How to Play
To start, a player spins the bottle, using the '/bottle' command in FChat, and whoever is spun has to take a Truth or Dare and the spinner gives them their option.
If they reject what they are given, they have to take the opposite. If they reject that, they have to take off a single piece of clothing OR take a drink of alcohol.
Small Room Variation(optional): If you have less than 7 people these rules are suggested: No 2-in-a-row spins, only 3 "swaps" allowed for the entirety of the game, as in you can only swap from a dare to a truth 3 times total. You can still say no and remove clothing/take a drink. If someone is not spun after 10 rounds, anyone in the group who notices can 'volunteer' them for the next victim.
- Shoes/Socks/Paired items count as singular pieces.
- If a Dare or Truth is not completed in its entirety, off comes a piece of clothing/a drink is taken regardless of the dare as punishment.
- The giver decides if the Truth/Dare is completed, not the group.
- If a second person is added to the dare (you have to kiss {person}) without being spun, they can reject being part of it and the issuer has to give a new dare.
- When nude they can opt out of the game, or continue to play but complete every single dare/truth with no option to avoid it.
- Specialty Rule: 'Nude' is a choice. If someone is not comfortable taking off the underwear or special items, then that counts as nude for this game.
- You cannot quit the game in the middle of your turn. You must complete the round or no one will let you live it down or probably play with them again.
- Dares cannot be 'I dare you to tell the truth' or anything with a similar outcome.
- No Dares go beyond a game, except extensive time taking dares which may be turned into an I.O.U. which must be honored ASAP after the game. If they are not honored, then punishment by the group is decided.
- Bribes, Favors, Team-ups, and Manipulation are completely legal and in fact encouraged.
- No reusing the same dare on the same person if it's been rejected by them already.
Skip! Rules
- If someone does not respond within 5 minutes, a respin is requested.
- If someone is not playing a respin is requested.
- If the same person is hit 3 times in a row (minus the people in between), a respin can be requested.
Additional Rules
- Punishments can be issued by the group for not keeping to the rules. This varies from shaming, to kicking out of the game, to extra dares.
- Busy and DND lights remove you from the roster automatically. Use them if you step away.
